How do I setup my portfolioS in GnuCash?

I am a former Quicken user. I would like to use GnuCash to track my stocks,
but I don't see how to set up one GnuCash account to correspond to one
Brokerage account. I'm using GnuCash 2.2.9 on Win 7.
