postgresql specific backend support in GnuCash 2.2.9

I found in FAQ

orted.3F) that stable release of GnuCAsh still support the old DB backend.
But I did not found DB support in users menus :( 

Docs does not help. I found some words about this topic only in GnuCash 1.6
docs (http://www.gnucash.org/docs/v1.6/C/x2838.html). 

How can I turn on db support in stable Windows release and what version do I
need? Where can I download it? (There are only 2.0 downloads in
http://sourceforge.net/projects/gnucash/files/ :( )
