Reporting on an Account with Sub-Accounts

I've used Gnucash for a couple of years and only now need to start
doing reporting on things.

I would like to give all the sub-accounts under Expenses->Business as
a ledger in a format she can read (Excel maybe?).  I'm not even sure
the best way to do this.  I've tried a bunch of "Reports" but none
seem to do what I just described.  Could someone point me in the right
direction?

My current structure is:

Expenses
...
...Personal accounts
...
...Business Accounts
......Payroll
......Legal Fees
......Misc Fees
