You could produce a report, using the report system and spending some time
customizing it so that it has all the data you need, monthly yearly,
quarterly, however and eventually get a QIF file.

Pretty sure you would have to have an XML file system to do this, but I am
only using 2.2.9. 2.3+ , like Geert says, is for testing. 

The report output (export button on top of report window screen) in 2.2.9
creates an XML file that might look like this: "NameOfFile" where you named
it whatever you wanted. You add ".xml" to the end "NameOfFile.xml" and open
it in MS Excel or Open Office in a spreadsheet format.  Then use Xcel2qif
http://xl2qif.chez-alice.fr/xl2qif_en.php to convert the spreadsheet data to
a qif file, which will also take some time to figure out the correct output
order conversion.

I use these to convert scanned and exported data from PDF bank statements
dropped into spreadsheets. xcel2qif converts the info into QIF files which
Gnucash can use.  I bet you could export the data you need to a spreadsheet
and convert to quicken QIFs.
Its a roundabout way to do it, but you can control exactly what gets
transferred and how.  I just would run a test set using copies of files and
short time periods of data until it becomes routine and reliable. Then
switch to running large quantities of data.
