how to edit exchange rate of the Placeholder account

Hi,

I have a SGD placeolder Asset account with sub accounts of different
currencies.
I realized that the exchange rates of these sub accounts to SGD are messed
up so my total exchange rate is not as I want it to be.

Would anyone know how to fix the exchange rates?
