online banking setup for Singapore banks?

It's more protocol based than nationality based, but...

The German HCBI protocol is the best developed and supported. There are some Austrian banks that also use HCBI. I think there are some Swiss banks that use a close enough relative that they can be set up as well.

U.S. banks that supported direct online connections have traditionally used OFX. Intuit is in the process of hijacking that protocol to essentially make it proprietary. Many banks still use the older, open version, but many are being pushed away from it by their dependence on Intuit server software.

There are some banks outside North America that also use OFX. If Singapore banks are among them, then they might be accessible using the OFX parts of the online banking setup.
