Finance::Quote not installed. - GNU Cash - Ver: 2.2.9. WIndows XP Home.

Hello,
    I have installed GNU Cash 2.2.9 on Windows XP Home Edition. It does not have Finance::Quote.
    Help topic asks to run "gnc-fq-update" but I am not able to run this in Windows.

       Is it possible to update my installation with Finance::Quote ?
