I don't use many scheduled transactions, but I believe the short answer is "No."

Since scheduled transactions don't exist, Gnucash can't report on them.

That said, I know that some people run their scheduled transactions well in advance, so that the transactions exist, and then the reports can help. 

Another possibility is to use the budget features (File->New->New Budget) and see whether that will help you project into the future.
