Export Reports in .csv Format

Hi,  I am using the gnuCash Budget feature.  It creates a comprehensive
budget/actual/difference Budget Report.  I would like to export this Budget
Report in .csv format.  This will allow me to use a spreadsheet program to
total monthly and year-to-date budget and actual data plus other analysis of
the data.  I can currently only export in .html format.

My operating system is Windows 7.  I use the latest version of Open Office
Spreadsheet.
