Can't open 2.2.9 files in 2.3.11 (fedora)

No, no, you are correct. 2.3.11 is still a development snapshot. And it 
clearly has some bugs still, considering there is another snapshot available 
2.3.12 and 2.3.13 about to be released. I was just trying to clarify the 
slightly awkward situation F13 users have ended up in.
