Reports Do Not Work Properly.

I use GnuCash on my Apple iMac running Mac OSX 10.6.

If I go into Reports and ask it to show me a report of Sales AND Expenses the bar diagram which comes up shows only Sales and Profit (which is, obviously, because Expenses are not there, 100% of Sales!)  Expenses do not appear on my Report at all.

How can I get my Report to show Sales, Expenses and Profit?
