Transaction Report

1) What determines whether the Transaction Report shows the Other Account
name, or the word "Split"?  It does not seem to be consistent in listing
or otherwise the actual Other Account name.

2) It is possible to select "Other Account" as the primary key for the
Transaction Report, but the report fails if it is so selected.

3) Why does the transaction Report only permit monthly as the minimum
granularity for date sub-totalling?  Could/should it not sub-total by day
or week as well?

4) One can annotate a Transaction using the Notes field, and an
individual split using the Memo field.  What determines when - if ever! -
the Notes field is printed in a Transaction Report that is set to show
both Notes and Memo?  I have been unable to detect any consistent pattern
beyond "it rarely prints Notes when you want it to"!  :-)
