recovered gnucash file

hi. my HD recently crashed and using photorec i was able to
recover alot of "text" files that have information about my gnucash
entries. 
Each section starts with

my entries xxxxx

===== END


does somebody know what I am looking at and whether or not i can recreate my gnucash entries using these entries ?
