Due Bills Reminder - gnucash 2.3.14

I have some bills that have been paid and recorded using Process Payment but
they are still showing up in Due Bills Reminder dialogue.  Not sure if this
is my error or a bug.  Any suggestions on how to correct, or investigate,
this further?

This is not a new problem as it has existed in previous 2.3.xx versions.
