Hi,

This is a known bug, which I believe to be fixed in the development versions 
of GC.

I can't remember how to trigger it, but I know that I see it occasionally. 

The work-around is to simply close the register that you are working in and 
then re-open it and start the transaction over. (ie you don't have to restart 
GC)
