[FUNDS] Download prices doesn't work any longer

The symbol should end with the code for the exchange on which the fund is 
quoted, i.e. in your case ".PA".

The correct form is FR0007014444.PA, as you can verify by entering this 
into the search box on uk.finance.yahoo.com.

However, the "Download Data" box (bottom right on the results page) 
produces no useful data - when I tried just now, it returned "-18:52a" as 
the "time of last transaction", 0 for the value, and "N/A" for everything 
else, including the "date of last transaction".

The quote-fetcher uses the same Yahoo address as this "download data" 
link, so clearly there is a problem at Yahoo, and until it's fixed we 
won't get any fund quotes.
