Exporting QIF from bank to GnuCash

Hi

I use internet banking which has the facility to export transactions to accounting programs in a variety of formats. With a previous accounting package I was using this was seamless, I would export from my bank which would automatically select the correct program and the transactions would be exported into it. When I try with GnuCash it is not even picked up as a potential program that could be used for exporting transactions to. Would you have any idea if it would be possible to export from my online bank accounts directly into GnuCash and where would i have to navigate to to achieve this? I am using XP.
