Cash flow forecast

Not sure if this is going to Phil Longstaff or ...?

I happened on an April? posting of Phil's inviting input on what one
would wish to see in a cash flow forecasting feature. I'd like to make
some input.

I'm not a programmer. I don't currently use gnucash because it doesn't
have such a feature. I very strenuously wish it would be added.

Is input sought and is this the place to post it?
