GnuCash can't add?

Hi everyone,

What could cause this problem? Is it a rounding bug?

(GnuCash has added an "imbalance" of 0.01 to the debit side for me, but 
that causes the debit column to add to 11.26, and the other column to 
add to 11.25).

This transaction involves multiple currencies. The "PayPal account" is 
in USD and I am editing the transaction from the "PayPal account" page, 
every other account involved is in NZD. I have set an exchange rate of 
"1 + 472/1057" from USD to NZD.
