Alerts? Goals?

Hello friends,

As of 2.2.9 is there any possibility to run alerts?

Also if you guys are using some sort of expense goals (like expending TOPS
100 bucks a month in groceries or something), how do you guys do it? To me
it's a bit cumbersome, as the "easiest" way I've found so far is to simply
use that cash flow report... on each of my 10000 accounts :|
