Present x Total columns

I had submitted a patch for 2.4 for just this issue, because it also bugged me (I like using the present and total columns).

However, I'm not certain if the patch was made or not, I haven't really had time to review any code to see if the patch is still in there in the latest versions.

So fingers crossed, it will be there when 2.4 makes it.

My GUESS as to why it didn't, was for performance reasons, there are a lot of columns that could total sub-accounts as well, I only changed the present column, but could see others wanting other columns to have that process as well.
