None.

It just zeroizes all the Income and Expense accounts back into equity in
the same currency as those I/E accounts.  E.g., if you have both USD and
CAD Income and/or expense accounts then the closing process will create
USD and CAD equity accounts and transfer the income and expenses there.

So, there is no exchange rate processed during closing.
