Rounding errors on tax calcs (Bug 612957)

I've just committed a comment to this bug:

Interestingly I note that, whaever the error is, it's not limited to Gnucash. 
The receipt from the retailer had the same errror in their calculations, as 
follows:

   Nett Total £ 33.32
    Tax Total  £  6.66
         Total   £ 39.99
