Hello to all,
maybe this is something for devel-list.

On opensuse-11.4 there is no in line help so I have to open directly 
with yelp. When do so I got in terminal error message that something
failed

I/O error : Attempt to load network entity 
http://www.oasis-open.org/docbook/xml/4.1.2/docbookx.dtd

but in firefox I can open this page

If I remember right this is not a new behaviour. What can I do?
