bug in Mortgage Setup

I used the Wizard to set up my mortgage, but either I'm not doing it
correctly, or there's a bug.  15 year loan, first payment was on Feb 1 of
2011.  When I set all up and get to the last screen where I can check the
amortization table, funny stuff pops up.

If i look at the option of just this year, it shows 12 payments instead of
11.  Shows payments on the first of Feb through Dec, but also shows a
payment on 1/31.  

When I set it to show the entire loan it start with the Feb payment, but the
numbers are clearly showing that payment as the second payment for the loan,
not the first.

I also tried to set it up making the first payment in Sept, since that's
when the next one is due, but that was a mess as well
