How to install Finance:quote? Windows 7

Derek,

Downloaded gnucash last week and ran the installer with no problems.  Using
gnucash now with no problems, other than the finance-quote add-on is not
installed.  I have no reason to believe that gnucash is not successfully
installed.  

When I go to control panel add/delete programs, it shows up fine.  Don't
know why it doesn't appear on the start menu > all programs list
