Thanks for the search string. Here is what it found and only one occurrence that seemed to be fairly close to the beginning of the file.
'<ts:date>1969-12-31 17:59:59 -0600</ts:date>'

I suppose that I would need to edit that file and change that 1969 to 1970. Is that correct?
