Use of find to look for certain words in 'notes'

The report is available on the menus under Reports->Transaction Report. When you select this report, it will present an empty report, the options of which you will change to select the accounts and time periods you wish to view. Reading some of the documentation should help you learn.

sorry but I think maybe i'm missing something here?  Does this report have to
be written in Scheme first?
Then saved?
