This is from the html file which GC exports:

<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text-html; charset=utf-8">

Couldn't find an equivalent content line in any of the LibO subdocuments,
but LibO outputs the two bytes as two different characters, not as one.
As far as I can establish, my computer is set to display UTF-8 by default.
