You don't need libofx for that matter, but you need the module
aqofxconnect. Either there is an additional package for this module or
your packager decided to ship aqbanking without the aqofxconnect module...

The log message above states that there is at least one OFX
DirectConnect user but because the corresponding module is missing the
user is ignored...
