Hi
Set up the register exactly how you want it. The run Reports -> Account Register Report. Then you can export the report as html and load it into a spreadsheet. Then if you really need csv you can export from there.
Good luck.

Subject: CSV Transaction Listing
To: <gnucash-user at gnucash.org>
Folks,
How do I generate a CSV list of a transaction register? I have found no options
that allow one to export a file in a specific format. Did I miss something?
What I need is a copy of a transaction register that I can import into a spread
sheet.
I am running GNUCash 2.2.9 under Ubuntu 10.4-3 LTS.
Thanks,
Jay
