CSV Transaction Listing

I think this is one of Gnucash's most serious omissions at present.  I'd be working on fixing it if  GnuCash were written in a different language, but I haven't used anything Lisp-like for at least a couple of decades. :-(

I got around it by using 'Ledger' to produce the reports:
