Custom reports not showing up

Thanks Carsten for pointing out the missing "." in my post. I have tried
the following combinations:
create.user
create-user
gnucash.user
gnucash-user
Nothing seems to make the menu tree work.
Anyone have any suggestions? Has anyone using 2.4.8 in Windows 7 managed
to get this to work?
Regards
Mark
