Simple - those customers which visit us personally (for counselling
services) pay in cash and to them I simply give simple receipt filled up
manually, but I'd like to register those transactions in GC.

Otoh, for those who order from the Net and pay by credit card, netbanking or
bank-transfer, we need another counter as well as registering
transactions in GC.

In both cases, GC would serve for accounting purposes and not for
physically giving out invoices: for cash we manually fill the data, for
the Net, we'll probably use web-based MyClientBase (it's easier to
customize than GC), so GC would be primarily used to register
transactions.
