2.4.2 Crash when opening file

2.4.2 is crashing when attempting to open my sqlite file.  It worked
fine in 2.4.0 and in 2.3.x builds before that.  I did try uninstalling
and reinstalling with the same result.  I am running Windows 7 x64.  I
get the following error in the event log when GnuCash crashes:
