GnuTLS Handshake Error -59

All,

I have been struggling to get GnuCash's online banking to work. There where no issues until 2.2 - after that, both with 2.3 and 2.4 versions, I have been having GnuTLS errors (see below).

Downgrading back to 2.2 did correct the issue, upgrading back to 2.3 or 2.4 recreated the issue.

Any ideas? - I had no lock in googling and identifying solutions or indications what error -59 actually is. I run Windows 7.
