Standard Invoice Format and Bulk Printing

I use 2.4.2 on Vista. I have to produce about 80 invoices once per year.

 

1.        I enter all the invoices but when I want to print them out I have
to format each one individually. I created a custom Fancy Invoice using the
style sheet editor but the style sheet editor does not let you select which
column items to include or not or other options that are available when
selecting the individual invoice to open. 

2.       When I have all the invoices entered and ready to print I would
like to be able to select all unpaid invoices and open them (preformatted)
in one operation then send them to the printer in a single operation. Is
there any way to do this?
