page down is easy
[Alt A], then B gives you the blank line at the bottom

but going to the top has no quick keyboard action.
i guess you are uncommon in wanting to go back to the beginning
I've got files starting at 1995 and don't find myself going back to the
beginning at all - I don't do "book close" either
