Account suffix report - pay for programming

My apologies if this is not the correct place for this kind of post.

I have created a chart of accounts for my rental property business that
breaks down all categories per property. It goes something like this:

2300 - Mortgage - place holder
2300-001 Mortgage 123 rent place dr

4100 - Rental Income - place holder
4100-001 Rental Income 123 rent place dr

5750 - Repair Supplies
5750-001 Repair Supplies 123 rent place dr

Every category of Income, Expense, and Equity is broken down this way.

What I would like is an option that would automatically generate reports
based upon this suffix so that one could get, for instance, an Income
Statement broken down by account code suffix so that I could tell if a
particular property was making or losing money. I might also be able to
generate a report that would give me a total of money invested in a
certain property to help me determine to accept an offer of purchase.

I am willing to pay someone to do the work as I have reviewed the docs
on report programming and don't have the talent nor the desire to
undertake this. I would be pleased to accept bids as to what this would
cost and pay via paypal.
