What are you looking for exactly ?

Without more details, I can only generally provide you with some directories 
of interest.

The reports that ship with GnuCash are stored in
/usr/share/gnucash/guile-modules/gnucash/report/

On top of that, whatever reports you have "saved" will be stored in
$HOME/.gnucash/saved-reports-2.4 (for GnuCash 2.4.x)
$HOME/.gnucash/saved-reports-2.2 (for GnuCash 2.2.x)

In both locations, your reports will be stored in scheme code.
