For Future Readers: The obvoius follow on question was:  Where does one
do that?  After digging around I found it.  It is in the Security
Editor:

	Tools -> Security Editor
Select the check box for showing currencies.  Find the currency, Select
Edit, unselect "Get Online Quotes".
