Printer queue hang from direct GNUcash print or export to html and then print

On two different Windows (Vista and Windows 7) platforms I was having problems printing reports from Gnucash. I upgraded to the latest version of gnucash and found the same problem. I recalled that quite some time back I needed to export to html and print so I tried that. GNUcash exports the reports fine but the reports still hang when attempting to print from chrome. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
