Find/Replace "Imbalance-USD" under specified Descriptions?

I am trying to assign transactions to a specified expense.  For example.  I
can do a Search for "McDonalds" under Description but I need to change all
of the "Imbalance-USD" under the split to "Expenses:Dining"

Is this possible?  Currently have to to manually do a copy/paste in each
transaction.
