Little problem with GnuCash 2.4.0

Have you tried this: open your budget. You see the highest-level accounts  
(Assets, etc.). Click to reveal the hierarchy. For one of the lowest level  
accounts (for example: Assets:Current:Checking), double-click under one of  
the month columns. An entry box should appear.
