Report summaries for the previous year (2010)

Dear friends,

Now that we've moved on into 2011 and all my accounts have automatically 
moved over into 2011 - including reports like Expense piechart, etc, I 
have a question. How do I produce an Expense Piechart for the previous 
year - or produce reports to look back at the previous one or two years' 
accounts? My present set of accounts goes back to 01/01/09.

Any help would be much appreciated.
