remove one line of a split

Interesting.  It would never have occurred to me to hit the Delete
button ("Delete the current transaction") to get rid of a single split.

I have no idea how feasible this is, but I would think it would be "a
good thing" if the mouse-over help for the button could change when a
split is selected.
