If you want an ERP program, get one. I think I've seen a couple on sourceforge. Gnucash isn't likely to turn into one anytime soon.

>From an accounting standpoint, materials are commodities. If you use the Lots system, you're stuck with FIFO, but if you do it by hand you can do whatever you want. (Or someone could contribute some new policies... take a look at src/engine/policy.[ch].)
