Price quotes confusion

I've been playing a bit with the Transfer dialog to fix a couple of bugs in 
that area (refer to [1] and [2]).

The transfer dialog works with exchange rates if you transfer funds between 
accounts in a different currency. There is even a button to get an online 
quote for the two currencies involved. So far so good.

The problem I have encountered now is that this online quote only seems to 
work in one direction. For example, most accounts in my book are in EUR, and 
for testing I added one USD account.
When I transfer funds from the USD account to a EUR account, the Get Quotes 
button will retrieve the most recent price successfully. However, if I make 
the transfer from a EUR account to a USD account, it won't.

Am I doing something wrong ?
