Aqbanking doesn't find account

Hi,

 

I have already setup a few credit cards successfully with the AqBanking
wizard. I have been trying to setup a 2nd Chase CC..different
username/passwords through Case. (one for my wife, one for me). When I
select "Get Accounts" under the OFX Tab in users and input my password, the
screen disappears so fast that I can't see what's happening.

 

When I go to the Account tab, the account has not been found.

 

What can I do to find this new account?
