How to get yearly account totals?

Because "Income Statement" is the official GAAP/Accountant name of the
report, not "income and Expense Statement".  Note that in 2.4.x we've
re-introduced the name "Profit & Loss" as an alternate name for this
same report, so you can access it by either name.
